An employee is receiving an error message and cannot submit the survey.

In rare occasions, employees may receive an error when they are trying to submit the survey. There are likely two reasons this will happen:


  1. Not all fields have been completed. Please have the employee check that an answer has been provided for each question. 
  2. A local connection issue prevented the survey from fully loading for the employee. Please have the employee refresh the page and complete the survey again. 

(NOTE: before they refresh the page, have them copy their open-ended responses so they can paste them into the new survey and save time.)
